Send photos of your hookups with your booking — the dryer outlet, water valves and drain, depending on what you need. We make sure everything fits and works before anyone drives out.

We confirm by text
We check your photos, confirm your price and set a delivery time. You don't pay a cent until your hookups are confirmed.

We deliver & install
Our two-person crew carries the set in, connects it with new steel-braided hoses and an automatic water shutoff, and makes sure it runs.

Laundry day, any day
Renters get easy autopay and free repairs. Buyers get a 90-day parts & labor warranty. Either way — goodbye, laundromat.

Weekly prices are the monthly rent (before the damage waiver and tax) spread over 52 weeks a year; rent is billed monthly. Rentals are month-to-month under a rental-purchase agreement, plus a $6.99/mo limited damage waiver and 6.5% sales tax: washer + dryer set $55/mo, stackable set $58.50/mo, single washer or dryer $29.25/mo. You own your rental after 30 monthly payments (totals with waiver and tax: set $1,980.60, stackable $2,092.50, single $1,158), or sooner with the early-purchase option; you don't acquire ownership until one of those is complete. The $45 delivery & installation fee is refunded in full if we can't deliver in time, and is nonrefundable once delivered. Your written agreement has the full terms.

Get my hours backUsed Machines, Done Right
A washer is only a good deal if it keeps working. Here's how we make sure yours does.
Simple, tough machines
We pick simple, tough direct-drive machines from trusted brands like Whirlpool and Kenmore — no fragile electronic boards, and parts we always keep on hand. Fewer breakdowns, faster fixes.
Tested in our shop
Every set runs a full wash cycle and a full dry cycle before it comes to your home. If it doesn't pass, it doesn't go.
Leak protection, every install
New steel-braided water hoses and an automatic shutoff valve on every install — protection for your home, your neighbors and your deposit.
No surprises at pickup
We photograph the install and go over a one-page condition report with you, so everyone's on the same page from day one.
A family business, not a call center
Laundry Llamas is run by four members of one family, with more than 15 years of experience running family businesses. The person who answers your text is the same person who delivers your set — and when something needs fixing, one of us fixes it. We serve you in English and Spanish.

Frequently Asked Questions
- What hookups do I need?
- A standard laundry setup: a 240-volt dryer outlet, hot and cold water valves, a drain (standpipe or drain box) and a dryer vent to the outside. Not sure what you have? Send the photos with your booking and we'll tell you.
- What if I don't have a 240-volt dryer outlet?
- We're adding a ventless washer-dryer that runs on a regular outlet. Mention it in your booking notes and we'll reach out as soon as it's available.
- How fast can you deliver?
- Usually the next day, and most of the time within two. We keep tested sets in stock, so we're not waiting around to find one.
- What do I pay to start renting?
- Rent is billed monthly, plus a $6.99/month limited damage waiver and 6.5% Florida sales tax: a washer + dryer set is $55/month ($12.70/week), a stackable set $58.50/month ($13.50/week) and a single washer or dryer $29.25/month ($6.75/week). To start, you pay your first month (with the waiver) plus the one-time $45 delivery & installation fee, with tax — $113.94 total for a set. Prepay 3 months and the delivery fee is waived. If we can't deliver in time, the fee is refunded in full; once delivered, it's nonrefundable.
- Is there a contract?
- No long-term contract. Rentals are month to month, billed monthly by autopay with a card on file. Cancel anytime and we'll schedule a pickup — or ask us about buying the set instead.
- What if something breaks?
- If you rent, repairs are free for as long as you rent — just text us. If a fix will take a while, we swap in another tested set. If you buy, you're covered by a 90-day parts & labor warranty.
- What's the limited damage waiver?
- Every rental includes a $6.99/month limited damage waiver, billed with your rent. It covers accidental damage to the machines you rent, so an accident doesn't leave you with a repair or replacement bill. It doesn't cover intentional damage, misuse or theft — the full terms are in your rental agreement.
- Can I end up owning the set I rent?
- Yes. Buy it out anytime — the price drops every month you rent — or it's yours after 30 on-time monthly payments. It's all spelled out in your rental-purchase agreement before you sign.
- What if I move?
- We'll unhook, move and reinstall your rental for $25 if your new home is within 15 miles of your current one. Farther than that, it's $25 plus $1.50 for every mile past 15 (driving distance) — for example, a move 25 miles away is $40. Leaving the area entirely? Let us know and we'll schedule a pickup.
- Will my landlord be okay with it?
- Usually, yes. We give you a one-page letter for your property manager explaining that the set is professionally installed, insured and removed at no cost to the property.
- What brands do you use?
- Refurbished machines from trusted brands like Whirlpool and Kenmore. We choose simple, tough models without fragile electronic boards — which means fewer breakdowns and faster repairs.
- Where do you deliver?
- Right now we're focused on Orlando's Pine Hills, Semoran and South Orange Blossom Trail areas. Close by but not listed? Send a request anyway — we'll tell you if we can reach you.
- Can I get just a washer or just a dryer?
- Yes. Rent either one for $6.75 a week (billed monthly as $29.25 + waiver & tax), or buy one for $275, delivered and installed. Short on space? Our stackable set is $13.50 a week (billed monthly as $58.50 + waiver & tax).
- How do referrals work?
- Tell a friend about us. Once they start renting, you each get a $25 credit — just have them put your name in the “Referred by” box when they book.
